Choose if the Slide should be officially "published" and also an optional start/end date for when the Slide will be shown.
1. Published/Unpublished
This image will be used as the Module's preview image throughout certain parts of the plugin's admin.
2. Start/End Date
Choose when the Slide should officially be included in the Slider (start date) and then when it should be taken out of the Slider again (end date). Leave these options blank for no official start/end date.
